Paper

You pour your heart, Paper just listens to you - and does not suggest you anything like - "You should not cry, or you should be happy, or You are a moron etc.. !!" I owe you a big thank you, Mr. Paper :), and all the people involved in the process of inventing and bringing to common people.

It took 3000 years to come up with paper! Paper was invented around 100 BC in China. In 105 AD, under the Han Dynasty emperor Ho-Ti, a government official in China named Ts'ai Lun was the first to start a paper-making industry. ( Source of Information - Wiki and multiple sites. )

My friend - Pencil

Pencil is always there like a good friend - no matter what :D.

Pure graphite discovered at Seathwaite in Cumbria, England in 1564 led to the invention of pencil. The fact that it could be erased, is what is fascinating about pencil!
